HOW TO BOOK YOUR EVENT
Booking an event is as simple as 
clicking here to send us an inquiry.  You can also reach us by telephone or email. After any inquiry is made and before a quote is sent out we will want to have a brief discussion with you in order to completely understand the type of catering service you are looking for. Every event is unique, whether it is a luncheon, formal or casual wedding, a picnic or just any other good ole reason to gather. But at this moment, the most important event is the one you are planning.  Feel free to scroll through our various options or 

THE DETAILS OF BOOKING YOUR EVENT

Event catering is booked first come first served.  Events must be scheduled at least 14 days in advance and a deposit of 50% is required to secure your event. Total balance for all catered events (including Turn Key) is required no later than 14 days prior to event. In the event you cancel your booked reservation or final payment is not received as explained, the following cancellation fees apply:  


Within 24 hours - Full Refund 
Within 30 days of event - 50% of scheduled event total.  
No refund for events cancelled less than 14 days prior to booked event.


OUR CATERING SERVICE TYPES:
Turn Key Delivery Service:  Minimum 40 people
Includes - Basic paper goods: white 3 compartment plate, a 16 oz. cup, and a disposable utensil kit (with knife, fork, spoon, salt and pepper packs, and a napkin).  Food items will be delivered in disposable aluminum trays/pans.  Client is responsible for all set up and break down. 
We have a delivery window of approximately 30 minutes and we recommend that you have your delivery time as close to service time as possible, to ensure the best possible product quality. We guarantee product quality at time of DELIVERY ONLY. All deliveries are subject to a 7% taxable service charge.
 
Full Catered Events
Includes: Full setup of food service and food service equipment. This service also includes one hour setup time, one hour service time, and service area cleanup.  * Client is responsible for providing and setting up/breaking down of tables / chairs and accessories for guests.

For an additional fee of $3.00 per person, we will provide tables and chairs as well as set them up and break down.


Our staff ratios are as follows:

Full Catered Event is 1:50 for Buffet Style Service (Plus any additional carvers or on site cooks)

Full Catered Event with Table Service is 1:15 (plus any additional kitchen staff or on site cooks). ** We will not offer Table Service for any event that does not have China Place Setting.

All Full Catered Events are subject to a 7% taxable service charge and an 8% Base Gratuity Fee. 


SERVICE TIMES EXCEEDING ONE HOUR ARE CHARGED AT $50.00 PER HOUR OR FRACTION THEREOF.

Table Service Fee:
Our Table Service Fee has a minimum spend of $500 and is based at $7.02 per person after minimum spend is met.  This charge does not include the China upgrade fee.

PLACE SETTING TYPES AVAILABLE for delivered /catered events.
Basic Paper Goods
Included with any booked and delivered event, a basic white 3 compartment plate, a 16 oz. cup, and a disposable utensil kit (with knife, fork, spoon, salt and pepper packs, and napkin).

(Optional upgrade estimated charge $3.92 per person)
This is our high end disposable place setting, This option includes: dinner plate, salad plate, dessert plate, Look-a-Like Plastic Silverware Set (knife, fork and spoon) disposable salt and pepper shaker set (1:10), large dinner napkins and 16oz. clear beverage cup.

China (Optional upgrade estimated charge $9.92 per person)
This place setting includes china dinner plate, china salad plate, china dessert plate, metal silver ware (dinner fork, salad fork, dessert fork, dinner knife, and spoon) water goblet, beverage goblet, glass salt and pepper shakers, linen napkin and linen table cover.

Pulled Pork – Slow smoked pork butts seasoned with our house rub.
BBQ Chicken—Lightly seasoned and smoked, then hand pulled chicken. White and dark meats are combined.
Beef Brisket – The sixteen to twenty hour smoked brisket Hampton Roads is talking about. Super moist and hand sliced.

Baked Beans - Cole Slaw - Potato Salad  - Whole Kernel Corn – Smoked Mac and Cheese - Green Beans - Tossed Salad

Sauces – All sauces are THAT GOOD BBQ™ house made and an ample supply will be on hand for your guests.
